As the key spokesperson and director, I developed strategic partnerships with cities and other entities that supported key initiatives to improve the fiscal environment.

Data gathering, primary data gathering, planning analysis for the Gullah/Geechee Congressional Resource Study (coastal communities in Georgia and South Carolina) which resulted in passage of H.R. 4683 Gullah/Geechee Cultural Heritage Act authorizing an $10 million allocation for implementation.

Used urban design and planning to address modern day needs of in-town communities and their commercial corridors, which link them. Neighborhood projects with the City of Atlanta planning department including the redevelopment plan for Simpson Corridor and Stewart Avenue and masterplans for Southwest Atlanta, John Hope Homes HOPE VI, Vine City and.

Supported Underground Atlanta in real estate development, leasing, and marketing. I developed the minority business leasing initiative which fulfilled a goal of 25% minority business participation.
