Over the course of my 20-year professional career, I have developed a unique blend of expertise spanning both the private and civil society sectors. In the first half, I specialized in sales and marketing, business development, product and project management, and customer relationship management in the private sector. These experiences provided me with a fresh perspective when addressing the challenges of fundraising and strategic management in the NGO sector.Since 2009, my journey with Support to Life began as a member and volunteer and quickly progressed to leading efforts to diversify communications and independent financial resources while establishing the NGO’s Social Enterprise. I spearheaded corporate communications and fundraising activities, overseeing the creation and management of the “Destekar” brand. As part of this initiative, we also created livelihoods for those in need through revenue generated via e-commerce.My expertise in governance and policy development, honed through my Board responsibilities, has strengthened our ability to forge impactful partnerships and achieve organizational goals. For me, fundraising goes beyond generating resources—it’s about fostering a shared vision that inspires action, empowers communities, and ensures transparency and sustainability in everything we do.
