Company is establishing a new factory in Tuzla in 2020 and I took an active role in the establishment of the factory. The factory’s annually capacity is 1.224 ksqm. • Managing finance team in all related functions (6 subordinates).• Follow the CAPEX and OPEX• To control for the FG cost breakdown (BOM & Routing & Material cost details).• Management of cash flow process and preparing related reports. Preparation of Budget and Forecast • Preparing monthly closing reports and managerial reports for group management on monthly basis.• Reviews the process and procedures to maximize impact and efficiency.• I am key user for CO module in SAP. • Financial systems / process maintenance and development (CCM etc). • Reporting to CFO (France) and GM.• Monitoring monthly reporting (Package) based on IFRS (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow etc.).• Monitoring business and financial KPIs, comparison with budget and forecast figures.• Responsible for all tax and other statutory obligations.• Review payroll.• Controlling at local and divisional level internal audit process – follow up action plans.
