Current- Preparation of Interim Payment Application to client with substantial documents.
- Identify circumstances occurring on the project, which entitles the Main Contractor to claim for variation.
- Preparing and submitting variations with proper backup and supporting documents.
- Checking and verification of Subcontractor Payment applications and subsequently providing them with Payment Certificate.
- Updating the ERP system with Client Payment Application, Client Variations, Subcontractor Payment Certificate, SC Variations etc.
- Procuring packages; including quantity take off from IFC drawings & BOQ preparation for sub-contract agreements, sending out RFQs and preparing comparison sheet to select and board subcontractor.
