• Working knowledge and interpretation of the Support Staff and Academic College Collective Agreements• Independently reviewed over 1,000 college arbitration decisions and applied in-depth analysis to interpret the awards to create a comprehensive database using Excel for the Councils new website• Tracked and maintained incoming grievances and arbitration decisions • Extensive use of computer skills such as word processing, spreadsheet software applications and ArbAssist• Assisted in the preparation and coordination of the training manuals for the Central Arbitration Review Committee
