Reklamz Adversiting Team handles top 350 advertiser of Turkey. Head of Adversiting Team is responsible for managing selected media planning agencies and their clients directly. • Manage selected media planning agencies and their clients, ensuring revenue and individual goals are exceeded. • Cultivate and foster relationships with Reklamz’s top advertisers. • Work with Key Accounts Sales Director, other Sales Managers, Project team and internal teams to develop and implement strategies to expand clients’ spending across Reklamz network. • Have a deep understanding and ability to analyze advertiser defined metrics (CPA, ROI), media buying cycles, web site architecture, etc. • Provide quarterly sales projections on a weekly basis. • Knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to proactively reaching out on specialized client requests and up-selling opportunities • Contribute to the creation and ongoing improvement of project processes and team processes, including but not limited to heading up special projects, meetings and team events • Ensure full compliance with Reklamz standards, policies and best practices.
