Responsible for assisting Office Managing Partner (OMP) and Partner in the office,Organizing OMP’s and Partner’s daily schedule; meetings, trips as well as supporting the business traffic of the office.Reporting, following and updating the charts.Both internal and outside correspondence and communication.Scheduling weekly group meetings and preparing the necessary documents for the meeting.Participating actively in the business development activities of the Office Managing Partner; contacting with the necessary parties and arranging the process until the meeting takes place.Following up the projects, proposals, contracts and invoices.Supporting the research department via improving the contact information and CV database Making flight and accommodation arrangements for the office.Arranging the personal meetings and trips of the OMP and Partner, finalizing all the necessary processes.Supporting the PR consultant in organization of the H&S events (Young Guns, Corporate Governance Turkey Report Presentation).Coordinating the media relations, following up the press coverage, reporting to marketing department of H&S.Office administrationSupervising and organizing the office boy and drivers’ daily schedules and dutiesResponsible of office management; monitoring daily expenses, purchasing necessary item.Office Managing Partner: Ayşegül AydınPartner: Kaan Otçu
