Uçuş eğitimimi Atlantik Uçuş Akademisi'nde tamamlayıp, ticari pilot lisansımı (CPL - Commercial Pilot Licence) alarak mezun oldum.I completed my flight training at the Atlantic Flight Academy and got my Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and graduated.

Work in Plastic, Metal & Composit + Bike ProcessResponsible of producing & developing fitness equipments, rugby & football goals, spearguns & diving accessories. My main aim is produce our products with zero quality defects & create a quality control system in our suppliers.

During my internship in Cummins Filtration, I did project which is about SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Dies). First, I made a lot of observation and analysis for each work station such as video records and time analysis. Then, I collected and arranged all records. I seperated work steps instead of which are external and internal. After this seperation, converting internal parts to external parts were my second step. Subsequently, I've made new analysis for the new system after I changed some steps. Finally, I made a presentation to the company managers to show our gain from the labor force and production time.

During my internship in Indesit Company, I joined a team called IME (Indesit Manufecturing Excellence). Fİrst I want to give a brief information about IME. IME includes several people who comes from different department. Such as production engineer, it enginer, forklift worker etc. Since IME contains people from all departments it was a perfect environment for discussing problems and making improvement. Indesit owned 17 production lines and I was working pre-assembly line 2. I have learned the basic principles of lean manufecturing in this internship. I've worked on 5S and re-arranging workspace. I did several observation, time studies and spaghetti charts. For me, the biggest gain was all problems in the line and issues in the study area was listening to employees. Lastly, thanks to this internship, I really love the idea that thinking of continuous improvement.
