Objective:- The objective of this assignment is to have Techno Commercial Review of all-important aspects of a project such as Billing (Income Sub-Contractor), manpower, machinery, material, budgetary analysis, methods & money. The assignment is designed to identify the lapses in SOP, Internal Controls, the leakages in revenue and excess expenditure/wastage's, etc. The service is aligned with the management objective of delivery of projects within the budgeted time and cost.Approach/Work:- *Number Tree shall deploy a full time audit team comprising of commercial & technical civil engineers for the audits of VNCPL Projects.* List of Projects to be provided to us in advance, accordingly, audit plan for the quarter shall be formalized based on risk profile of the project and in discussion with the concerned person. Detailed Techno Commercial Audit will be conducted for each project, where all the project areas and departments shall be covered, as per the scope matrix. Monthly report shall be released for each month/project.* Significant variances/deviations shall be raised separately as Red Flags and Deep dive analysis and review for such significant variances/deviations shall be conducted as a separate assignment, as per the requirement of management.* All the audit findings identified by audit team, shall be discussed with the concerned project site person (departmental heads & project head) for their response/replies and action plan. Action taken status of shall be reviewed in the next month audit, as applicable.

Project:- Northern Railway Ferozpur Division - Structure of Cover Shed with provision of 25 Ton EOT Gantry at sick line Jhalander (Punjab).Responsibilities:- * Day to day work site coordination and planning to ensure the works are carried out safely and efficiently*Working with subcontractors to ensure the timely preparation Risk Assessment Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Permits, Consents etc for the works and that these are implemented*Liaison with the Site Foreman to ensure the adherence to safe methods of work* The management of non-conformance reporting and managing the non-conformances on site until complete.

Project:- The Delhi–Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (Delhi–Meerut RRTS) is an 82.15 kmlong, semi-high speed rail corridor currently under construction which will connect Delhi,Ghaziabad, and Meerut. It is one of the three rapid rail corridors planned under Phase I of the Rapid X project managed by the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC). witha maximum speed of 180 km/h (111.85 mph), the distance between Delhi and Meerut will becovered in less than 60 minutes. The project will have 24 stations, including two depots atDuhai and Modipuram.Responsibilities:-* Monitoring of the execution team.* Review & Preparation of Materials reconciliation statement preparation considering theallowable wastage for all the bulk materials including Steel & Cement.* Day to day work site coordination and planning to ensure the works are carried outsafely and efficiently.* Working with subcontractors to ensure the timely preparation Risk Assessment MethodStatements.* Inspection and Test Plans, Permits, Consents etc for the works and that these are implemented.

Construction of Boundary Wall along Railway track for raising speed upto 160 KMPH in Hinduan City to Mathura City || West Central Railway (WCR).

Project:- Part Design & Construction of Integrated structure consisting of Elevated Viaduct and6 lane flyover (Double Deck System), Viaduct and Elevated Ramps for viaduct & flyover, Sidinglines, Under Pass at Saket G, Elevated Ramp from BRT corridor to flyover & two lane underpassfrom MB road to BRT corridor and Four Elevated Stations of Aero City to Tuglakabad Corridorof Phase-IV of Delhi Metro Rail Transit System (D.M.R.T.S).Responsibilities:-* Providing the site team with various daily, weekly and Monthly Reports along withactivity monitoring sheets and progress charts.* Maintaining DPR (Daily Progress Report), MPR (Monthly Progress Report),* Reconciliation, Variation, Consumption and other required data on daily and monthlybasis.* Overall Planning and Monitoring of resource, cost, material & machinery for various construction project management tools.* Sub Contract/Piece Rate Work (P.R.W.) Billing as per Work Order & Reconciliation.
