Operation Specialist; Supervising all loadings, import and export. Using verbal and written communication skills to convey information to both internal and external clients and partners. Building a collaborative and integrated approach to delivering best customer solutions.• Making sure all necessary steps are fulfilled for both loading and unloading,• Giving price quotations for partners and customers when needed,• Resolving any problems happen before/during/after the process, reachable at any time in a day,• Making sure all freight reciepts and deliveries are carried out on time,• Ensure quality and quantity of recieved and shipped goods,• Develop a network of prospect clients in a large area of Germany and England,• In charge of designated region (mainly Germany and England) and responsible for the development and growth of all businesses with the partners located in those territories,• Growing and developing relationships with corporate clients,• Creating and developing relationships that end in tangible results.

Operation Responsible; Primary responsibility to organize and follow up on operations in Benelux country, including;• Making sure shipments are properly and timely delivered to the warehouse,• Arranging vehicles with relevant department,• Sending instructions to customs in order to complete the departure of the truck,• Upon departure, monitoring vehicles in all steps, contacting drivers when necessary,• Making sure trucks are properly unloaded, and goods delivered timely,• Checking and verifying the accuracy of all necessary documents throughout the process,• Preserving good relationships with partner agencies in Italy, managing the traffic between customers and them,• Managing subcontractor relationships, making sure they are providing necessary equipment in the process.Apart from above main tasks, also responsible for preparation of weekly/monthly shipment reports for company management.
