-Directly responsible for preparation, experience and post experience.-Delivering all Exchange Standards-Collecting and creating promotional materials.-Ensure data collecting and protection.-Regular traking and CRM's with partner organizations-Close communication with Exchange Participants.-Leading and managing team members and being responsible from their goalachievement & leadership development.-Tracking the whole operation of team members.

-Communication with marketing department and organize synergy meetings.-Communication with International Partners.-Cold Call and approaching Exchange Participants-Exchange Particpant management & tracking.-Creation of tracking & reporting system for the members.-Leading and managing team members and being responsible from their goalachievement & leadership development.-Tracking the whole operation of team members.

-Handling LC Twitter account.-Content creation regarding synergy within youth marketing and Outgoingdepartments.-Responsible for creating digital and physical content for advertisement social mediachannels, projects etc.-Lead nurturing activites regarding the local buyer peronas.-Leading and managing team members and being responsible for their goalachievement & leadership development.-Tracking the whole operation of team members.

-IR Call arrangement & attendance-Application attraction & consideration-Taking interviews of Exchange Participants.-Contacting EP's & CV Collection.-Reporting to the Team Leader.-Company CRMs tracking & realizing

-Having regular meetings with the International Partners.-Coordinate the whole application process of Exchange Participants.-Exchange Participant tracking.-Delivering expectation setting.-Ensure data collecting and protection.

-Exchange Participant tracking-Cold Call and approaching Exchange Participants.-Usage of national materials.-Synergy with marketing department in terms of alignment andcollaboration.-Reporting to the Team Leader.
