I am (ASM Raju) having more than 24 years of industrial experience with 10 years in e-learning industry with extensive exposure in designing and developing competency-based computer training (e-learning) programs and performance support tools. Some of the clients I have worked which include: Tomson learning US (Cengage Learning) Collin UK, Azimuth interactivities, Wipro, HP(Bangalore), IBM, SBI and IGNOU.After completion of my commerce graduation I have started my career as an artist in a social organization. Later I shifted to an advertizing company as a visualizer. There I have acquired good knowledge on printing and outdoor media advertising; same time improved my computer skills in Graphic Designing and entered in to web technologies. Worked couple of years as web developer and promoted in to this e-learning development industry. From last 10 years I worked in every roles in this development cycle, from Team Member to Project Manager, Coordinator, Analyzer, Delivery Manager.
