I took charge of the ticket vertical, building it from scratch into the second largest online travel agency in a short timeframe. My responsibilities included owning flight domestic and international sales websites, bus sales websites, train websites, customer support systems, and integrating various travel services and APIs into a centralized travel hub.

A user base of 6 million mobile users was achieved through the design, development, and ownership of various mobile apps. The apps span from entertaining games to practical utilities, catering to a diverse range of users. Additionally, an advertisement platform was implemented to allow app owners to monetize their content through ads.
