Foreign Exchange Settlement:  Settlement of all foreign exchange deals including deals against PKR through RTGS.  Timely follow up of all incoming and outgoing payments. Sending Swift messages (MT-202, MT-300) for interbank transactions, deal confirmations and internal fund transfers. Verification of FX deals in System. Maintaining and timely updating SSI of all counterparties. Checking of all FCY payments (inflows and outflows) though swift activity on daily basis. Prepare and submit FXCRS report to State Bank of Pakistan daily. Prepare monthly Foreign Exchange Return report of Head office and compile Branches FE returns in SBP return program (ITRS) for onward submission to SBP.  Prepare monthly FX Brokerage bill.Money Market Operations: Settlement of MM deals in RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement) system of SBP and timely follow up of all incoming and outgoing payments. Settlement of all IPS transactions via RTGS. Verification of all MM deals in System. Settlement of 3rd party incoming and outgoing transfers through RTGS. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for SBP reporting: MMCRS, Short selling report, T-bill/PIB auction letters, T-bill maturity letters, PIB maturity/coupon letters, IPS statements, Competitive & Non-competitive Bids, weekly DTL position. Prepare monthly MM Brokerage bill. Preparing Monthly MIS reports for finance & higher management. Sending confirmations of deals to counterparties. Reconciliation of SBP statement with GL. Reconciliation of securities balances uploaded on DEPOX by SBP with GL Balances. Reconciling blotter and intraday position with front office. Issuing tax certificates to IPS clients. Updating Kibor, PKRV, PKFRV rates in System
