Responsible for implementation of Concern PM&E framework and plans across the programmes and to ensure that guidance is available for any M&E related tasks. Provide support to the programme managers and local NGO partners for the successful implementation of project’s M&E plans. Responsible to identify M&E areas of improvement and roll-out training programmes for Concern and partner staff on M&E processes, concepts, tools and techniques. Participant EvaluationsConduct evaluations of participants after any training programs. The evaluation process has two-fold: 1) facilitate the post-training evaluation and instruct participants on evaluation completion.
