Since my freshman year at university, I’ve always looked for ways to enrich my growth journey, so I took on various part-time jobs. I began in marketing and sales at two Tunisian SMEs, which gave me a solid foundation in understanding customer needs and driving growth. After that, I spent a short time as a Customer Support agent, which helped me refine my communication skills and develop a customer-first mindset.My next big step was joining OurDigitalFuture, a consultancy agency where I worked for a year. I was heavily involved in the implementation of the TECHNORIAT project. My responsibilities were diverse—I managed communication strategies, handled the digital presence, coordinated events, and even dipped my toes into finance. Added to that, I was involved in reporting, writing proposals for new projects and securing funds, which taught me a lot about strategic planning and the importance of aligning with stakeholder expectations.At the same time, I was Programs Coordinator for the Hult Prize at Tunis Business School. I led a team focused on creating partnerships with incubators and accelerators and providing our participants with access to high-quality mentors.After my time at OurDigitalFuture, I joined Betacube as a Programs Assistant. This role was fantastic for me because it allowed me to apply everything I had learned so far and continue building my skills. I was involved in implementing and reporting incubation programs, mentoring startups, preparing fundraising materials, and contributing to Betacube’s growth strategy and financial planning, particularly as it expanded internationally. The exposure to such a wide range of responsibilities was invaluable, and I was eventually promoted to Assistant Program Manager, where I focused on designing and implementing open innovation programs, assessing their efficiency, and optimizing these processes as part of my end-of-studies project.Since March 2023, I’ve been working as a Project Officer at The Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), focusing on the Justice Accelerator MENA. My work involves supporting the design and implementation of ideation, incubation, and acceleration programs. After a few months, I took on an additional role supporting the central office, where I help coordinate the Global Justice Accelerator. This has included organizing international forums and assisting in project management for CSO Innovation programs. This role has really broadened my understanding of how to drive impact on a global scale, especially in the context of legal innovation and justice.
