With 181 rooms and 7000 sqft of banqueting space, this hotel is situated in the heart of the twin cities of Hyderabad & Secunderabad.I was a part of the pre-opening team of the hotel, being a new hotel's DM I had the below job responsibilities:>Setting up of department.>Identifying the areas of training.>Implementation of Procedures & Standards as per the company.>Responsible for the business center & reception setup.>In a span of 8 months have been nominated for “Manager – Inspiration of the Month” thrice.>Also designated as Asst. President of the Sexual Harassment Committee in the unit>After the opening of the hotel was responsible for monitoring the follow-ups on processes and constant intradepartmental audits.> During the pre-opening times was instrumental in bringing the hotel online on the APM module so as to ensure training accordingly.>Was recognized for my efforts and work and was moved to a Luxury hotel within a span of 1 year, to handle operations on a large level.
