I am a certified fitness coach, nutritionist and a trainee counsellor in Toronto/Karachi . My passion for Holistic fitness has helped me to reach success in my work as well as in life. A confident, highly motivated, ambitious and disciplined fitness coach, nutritionist and trainee counsellor with an ability to stay calm and focused under pressure is a strong attribute of mine which helped me to grow as a professional. Currently I’m training from CPPD ( BACP , Pakistan chapter ) to become a counsellor. This training will enhance my skill set and enable me to offer a therapeutic environment to my clients for them to progress in life and build quality relationships both personally and professionally. I possess good communication skills, positive attitude and strong work ethics that have brought me to where I am today. The work that I do is my pride and I strive to become better at what I do each day.
