After joining Infobip as a country manager for Pakistan, I have realised the pain of the vendors that one cannot gauge while sitting on MNO side. Now my focus is to provide trusted , robust solutions to our trusted business partners , be it International A2P, SMS firewall, SBDX solution, CPaaS or MI solutions. After the Pandemic, it will take time for companies to evolve and create new revenue streams and adapting to ever changing new normal. My emphasis would be to bridge that gap between existing companies or new startups and guide them towards new digital era.

At present I am responsible for International Roaming, IDD wholesale and retail business and VAS related to IR. Most interesting part is to come up with agressive and "first to market" campaigns for our IDD customers in retail area.After ICH deployment in Pakistan, the whole scenario of Internationa wholesale retail market has been shifted to that of price sensitive segment, coming up with price cuts, bundles, free minutes every day. However, my school of thought is a bit different, give customer value for his money, price wars will end up leaving everyone empty pocket at the end of the day.Other than this, I am also part of Singtel's International working group along with all Singtel JVs.

During December 2009 till August 2011, I had an additional responsibility of Customer service division along with International Business, looking after 2 major Call centers, 18 Business centers, CS Support center, CS Quality control and training and CS franchise network.This was tremendous experience interms of diversification and learning new horizons, specially dealing with Customer complaints and everyone different in nature from one another.

I started in Mobilink in 1998 and joined IR team in 1999. My core functional responsibilities were to sign up IR agreements, finalizing SS7 vendors, DCH, FCH, SMS hub, GRX vendors etc.Have also closely worked with product development team of ORASCOM Telecom in preparing feasibility reports and finalizing different vendors for new products for different operating entities of the group at that time.
