I worked as a visiting faculty member in Computer science department. I taught 2 subjects there, 'Compiler Construction' and 'Advanced Programming (JAVA)'.

I was responsible to handle a module named "MassComm". This module was developed in Java EE (JSF, Hibernate), Mysql. The core purpose of this module was to communicate with clients whenever an unexpected event occurs on the place they are present.I had a team (1 permanent resource and 2 to 3 temporary resources depending on the work load) working under me. My tasks were to take requirements from business analyst, divide them into tasks, assign those tasks to all the team members, work on my tasks and monitor other people in the team, Complete that version of module and then release it.

I was working on the different modules of a Java based Application then got the opportunity to create a new module called "MassComm" using Java EE and mysql. I created and maintained this module individually and then got some resources to help me as the work load increased. I got a promotion at the end of December.

My first job was in Global Rescue IT department as a member of Java development team. Our team was working on company's software product. This product was Java EE based with mysql as back-end database. I got to work on different modules of the Application.

Worked on deployment of IBM software products like Cognos, DB2, SPSS.
