Contributing to think tanks in Pakistan's renowned political organisation as policy devising member/researcher on education, gender empowerment, local government system, devising and designing Projects, making women working bodies at villages, union councils, districts and provincial levels, training female polling agents, devising, arranging and managing protests, rallies and seminars, arranging funds for political activities and meeting disaster management needs at national and international forums at National Council level.As assistant Professor linguistics possess broad experience of teaching English language and literature as well, I have maintained a vision of excellence which I have communicated to my students, colleagues and the community. I have achieved an exemplary record as an administrator, ELT, primary, secondary and higher education curriculum developer and course designer, ELT Master Teacher Trainer, a classroom teacher and a lecturer (as an Instructor) in linguistics, motivator, facilitator of academic and non-academic programs and organizer.
