Providing dimensional drawings, wiring diagrams, technical datasheets, and instruction manuals for the specified products.Configuring product as per custom requirements and conditions.Keeping database of the information / technical details given every day.Following up for the completion work within given time span.Updating the database with new information / changes occurred.Circulating technical information amongst team members.Interacting with Application Engineer for technical clarifications, product trainings.Keeping a track of Total number of jobs done, queries handled on monthly basis.TRC cross reference activityStudying specifications and design features of Competitor’s part and then matching the features to our product.Providing our equivalent to Competitor’s part number.Specifying notes if any technical differences exists between competitor’s and our products. Keeping a track of cross activity on monthly basis.
