• Provided guidance and support to the day-to-day operations of the Child Health Team and the Department’s multi-million-dollar MOMENTUM portfolio, a U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID)-funded initiative focusing on reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health programs. • Managed administrative operations include financial management, i.e. monitoring program budget, ensuring expenses are aligned with the agreed budget of the award; managing procurements required to support the award, e.g. consultancy agreements, master service agreements etc.; making sure the project activities are in compliance with the award agreement and project management policies. • Served as liaison to Save the Children's Ethical Review Committee to ensure all child health research adheres to the agency's ethical standards.• Collaborated with internal global stakeholders, including technical experts, finance staff, communications staff, consortium and implementing partners to produce regular communications updates for USAID and other funders. • Led the management of knowledge management products for the child health team and MOMENTUM portfolio, to increase awareness of best practices and for advocacy.• Developed annual work plan budgets that align with activities. • Created and manage exhibits and presentations at global conferences, e.g..
