OPERATIONS: Responsible for fulfilling many service-related requests from the customer varying in complexity, such as Act in the capacity of Locker Custodian Account inquiries & Issuance of Account Statement Cheque Book & ATM Debit Card Issuance & Delivery (customer interface) Client's profile updation Captured Card Handling Conducting and maintaining KYC (Know Your Customer) records Dormant account Activation Drop box management Any other banking activity assigned by the Branch Services Manager/ Operations Manager SERVICE QUALITY: Maintain daily checklist of Branch Health, ATM health, staff dress code, staff attendance, branch timings, branch signage and ticker timings. Call Handling & Communicating customers on current offerings Management of Floor and customer traffic management Managing Queue Management set up in the branch Keeping all product brochures/ marketing material properly displayed and up-to-date
