Solarinse is a business simulation created within an educational framework and supervised by the INJEZ association. This company is responsible for maintaining photovoltaic panels using an automated robot. The Marketing Department was primarily responsible for commercialization and social media. It was an amazing experience where we learned how to manage and gained an idea of how to create a company from scratch and develop it.

The Engineers for Business Company has specialized for 26 years in the machining and precision mechanics sector in Tunisia, offering over 5000 projects to numerous factories. Its products and services are geared towards various fields such as aeronautics, automotive, medical, agro-food, etc. ✈️🚗🩺🌳My internship was a highly rewarding experience where I had the opportunity to deepen my understanding of mechanics, particularly in the field of robotics. The company provided me with the chance to closely follow the machining process of several parts, step by step. This allowed me to practice my existing skills in SolidWorks and to acquire new ones, such as programming in G-code, which is used for their machines.🦿⚙️🌟 This introduction to the world of mechanics became even more fascinating when I joined the robotics team. I gained valuable insights into this field and developed additional skills. The team was working on a fully automated robot, designed to navigate autonomously across the floor and transport items to specific locations provided by the user. The robot is equipped with LIDAR sensors and cameras, enabling it to scan the floor and avoid obstacles.🤖They also offered us training in the ROS2 programming language and on how to use both GAZEBO and RVIZ applications. This allowed us to develop the robot's script and work on optimizing it. Overall, it was an amazing and very rewarding opportunity.Moreover, the team and the employees of the company were very welcoming and helpful, which made this experience even more exciting and encouraged me to consider a future in the corporate world. ✨️

My role was primarily as an HR manager. I was responsible for effective recruitment, integrating new members, and maintaining a positive working environment in the club. I also focused on keeping our members motivated. Additionally, I supervised the workflow both in the local office and throughout the entire club. I handled conflict resolution among members and managed and developed their skills through targeted training. This experience was a great opportunity for me to develop both my professional and personal skills.
