The dictionary defines the perfect employee as the ones who get the job done, I see that it’s not always about the work, for less extent, but it’s about all the beliefs and possibilities that defines the job including the work and people, and people are not just tasks, they’re the work, and I’m a perfect working ”people”.I found that managing the operation of whole media company is not just about handling the concurrent tasks or the teams performance, but it’s a wide approach to cover all the people operations starting from their utilization, resource allocation, team members synchronization, workforce management & planning, operational budgeting, clear communication, and setting the right objectives for the right team in the right time to the right task, and that was and still a challenge that I’m willing to take everyday, as this is just an extent to managing the operations to my home and young strong daughter to become everything I want to see in the world.
