o Responsible for Fixed Assets Registration through System (Infor EAM For Fixed Assets) for All branches for Barclays Bank. o Calculate the depreciation for all BBE Fixed assets per branch & per function via FA system to compare it with the manual one prepared by Finance Dept.o . Checking Fixed Assets register in monthly basis compared with Modbank General Ledger. o Uploads scanned Invoices of all fixed Assets additions o Uploading stolen assets on Monthly basis in FA system o Validate accumulated depreciation for monthly Assets additions with statement of conditions o Prepare monthly report for all adding & disposal assets to reconcile it with Finance reports.o Making yearly FA physical Inventory for All Barclays Branches.o Ensure that all the Assets in All Barclays Branches are stick by par-code & monitored by FA system.o Responsible about disposal fixed assets through Auction for the sale of fixed assets & settle this transaction through EAM system.o Follow up action plans required for PWC & KPMG (Auditors) review requirements issues and validation of closure submissions.o Enhance E-Service System under the fixed assets movement with IT Dep by the actual fixed assets inventory; user has to select the item that supposed to be move from his/her site based on actual serial number and Model (FA Data Base) and follows the current approvals cycle.o Making Montlly proofing for all fixed assets Items in CRM System.
