In my role within the organization, I am tasked with the critical responsibility of tracking expenses and controlling and managing projects. With a keen eye for detail and a systematic approach, I meticulously monitor and record all expenditures to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting.Tracking organization expenses involves more than just recording numbers; it requires a comprehensive understanding of budget allocations, cost categories, and financial goals. By maintaining meticulous records and utilizing effective accounting software, I provide valuable insights into spending patterns, identify areas for potential cost savings, and ensure that expenses align with organizational objectives.

UNCTAD / E-regulations – project managerInvestment procedures-Managing and supervising the data collection for 2 e-Regulations systems in Morocco (Rabat, Casablanca)- Working in close relationship with administrations, public institutions and private business partners involved in investment procedures- Strengthening capacities of both Regional Investment Centers in Rabat and Oriental in collecting data in the field and integrating it online- Training technical local staff in configuring and managing the e-Regulations system (front/end, back/end)- Supervising local teams in managing e-Regulations systems (data integration, online assistance to investors, etc.)
