• Supervise a team of refugee community mentors who provide mentorship for unaccompanied and separated children (UASCs). • Lead the mentorship provided for referred UASCs with medium and low protection risks. • Design and conduct capacity building trainings for community mentors. • Create guidelines and tools for mentorship in schools to assure organized and sufficient outcomes. • Design and organize dynamic learning activities and events conducted by community mentors for UASCs students, as part of Mentorship program in refugee community schools. • Lead on community service mapping for potential community service providers and partnerships, who can provide a community support and response to the needs of the UASCs. • Lead on outreach activities in refugee community to refer UASCs to enroll in available services for them, and to join the organization in awareness raising initiatives. • Manage all administrative and operational tasks related to implemented activities. • Led the organizing of first SCI Business Boot Camp for Refugee Youth, additional to acting as female Safeguarding focal point of the camp. • Created a motivational scoring system for camp’s youth groups, in which they competed to reach their best performance and attitude. The system evaluated the groups in different aspects such as commitment, team work, initiatives, class performance, and connectedness.

• Design and implement Life Skills curriculum targeting UASCs in the Child Protection Unit’s activities such as sessions, field trips, community events, and camps. • Lead the facilitation of Life skills sessions, team capacity building trainings, monitoring and coaching other facilitators in the unit. • Supervise a team of refugee consultants, peer educators, and Egyptian volunteers. • Initiate and supervise “CRS Peer Educators Program” which is an educational program aiming to build the capacity of youth to be big brothers/sisters to their peers in their communities. • Act as Child Safeguarding Focal Point of the unit, responsible of receiving, reporting and follow-up on protection incidents, assure that all designed and implemented activities are meeting the protection standards, additional to managing all unit’s accountability reports.• Lead the assessments of the unit’s activities, participating in the data analysis and reporting. • Participate in processing all administrative and operational tasks-related to the unit’s activities.• Led the content development, implementation and facilitation of three life skills camps for UASCs.
