· Handling all the outgoing calls with consignees · Provide follow up on pending shipments · Communicating with courier companies to get & validate their feedback. · Provide the needed update from our side to the courier companies on a daily basis.· To control shipment follow up (outbound and inbound), flow to enable smooth process to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.· Full alignment with account management team and any of our logistic companies for accurate delivery.· Initiate,receive and solve compliant process and topics with appropriate regulations, policies for timely and accurate control and resolution of issues that may arise.· Ensure shipments are managed and all needed activities are performed and to have an overview of non-shipped goods.
