As an Operation Agent at Fawry, I handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback for Fawry's applications and services, such as MyFawry, WFB, and Consumer. I have over two years of experience in this role, and over 10 years of experience in various roles related to operations management, customer experience, and back office operations.I have developed strong skills in communication and media studies, which I apply to provide effective and efficient service and support to Fawry's customers and partners. I am passionate about enabling financial inclusion and digital transformation in Egypt, and contributing to Fawry's mission of being the leading provider of electronic payment solutions in the country. I am also a Project Responsible at Life Makers Foundation, where I oversee the project of "Science is Power", which aims to eradicate illiteracy and promote scientific literacy among the underprivileged communities.
