Used Rubicon Atlas Software to upload the curriculum for Pre-K and KG 1Worked on creating the long range plan for the whole year including time frame for all lessons, events, breaks, activities and the field trips based on the school calendar.Improved the learning of all students and assisted students in meeting rigorous academic standards and prepared them to take various types of classroom assessments appropriately.Implemented the curriculum using weekly and daily lesson plan with the daily reflection.Judged the quality of student work using established criteria and assessed work to reinforce the learning quality. Worked on the school accreditation proses with NEASC and I was one of teachers who were selected to attend the NEASC workshop, I’ve also worked with the school to gain Accreditation with two other accreditation agencies; AdvancED and WASC.Worked on preparing for hosting the PEAK conference in the school I’m currently working with.Regularly weekly meeting with the Pre-K and KG1 team based on the team leaders meeting with the Principal to transfer and discuss all issues from the Principal to teachers and vice versa, organize the meeting agenda and meeting minutes.
