My work experience at non profit organization provide me many skills in business management and work process development. these skills were very important to coordinate about 90 grants funded by different donors.Also, working at training center as a program development manager and dealing with team of trainers to develop the center's training plans and programs which led to improve the communication skills and self learning while the EVC ( Evrensel Vizyon Center) has 10 trainers in many fields (Languages, finance, internal control and management)
