• Students Counseling and Pastoral Support
• Responsible for planning and implementing social, cultural and recreational activities of students’ groups, scheduling events to prevent overlap, communicating with the public relations department to ensure inputting.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of SA programs, services, procedures and policies to ensure that the student affairs program is effective, innovative, proactive and responsive to student and community requirements.
• Conduct regular and periodical SA-staff appraisal interviews to ensure efficient and consistent performance.

• Supervise and manage to deal with every form and send it to the department responsible or to the Dean’s office.

• Directing and oversees student enrollment activities to include admission, scholarship, student records and data collection.
• Supervise Receiving application process done by Front Desk officers.
• Set the strategies of marketing for the Cooperative education program (Co-op), including market research, contact various organizations, and implement the deals with the suitable firms.
