- Providing service-related information and resolving the customer's issues on time
- Resolving product and service problems, billing errors, and other things according to customer complaints, determining root causes, and ensuring solutions
- Collecting and Analyzing customer's information and needs to suggest the management for further steps
- Escalating complex issues to the concerned department and following up to ensure on-time solution
- Conducting outbound calls to get customer's feedback and issues to increase the happiness
