• Receiving Invoices from Store Department and Verify Accuracy Before Posting.• Entering and uploading invoices into the AP system.• Posting Invoices related to Credit Cards and Payments received from Bank after reconciliation.• Respond to inquiries to locate and resolve discrepancies.• Posting daily revenue and Preparing Deposits to Bank.• Posting HR expenses and Reconciling HR accounts against the Payments Issued.• Handling Petty Cash and postings in General Cashier Module.• Maintain records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding and updating.• Compute figures to determine balance, differences, adjustments, reviewing and totals to reconcile all transactions at the end of each day.• Conduct month end closing activities so that all current costs must be reflected as expenses of the current month.• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices.• Performing month end reconciliation with supplier’s SOA and Ledger.• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.• Continuing to improve the payment process.• Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval• Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files.• Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures.• Verify and calculate all extensions and totals on invoices (calculating and taking discounts when applicable).• Reconcile bank statements.• Preparing and submitting VAT returns Quarterly for Group
