I've been intricately involved in niche business consultancy assignments, working hand-in-hand with promoters on both primary and secondary capital market transactions. One of my significant achievements includes our instrumental role in simplifying the complex process for companies aiming for stock exchange listings. My role as a Project Manager allowed me to collaborate closely with a syndicate of merchant bankers, councils, industry experts, and statutory auditors, among others, to orchestrate the process of listing on stock exchanges. Our team's proficiency in coordinating with multiple stakeholders and navigating the listing process has been a cornerstone of our success.On a personal note, I am a keen learner and exploring the constantly evolving realm of the financial world propels our entire team to constantly growth.
