Procurement Specialist
CurrentSupply Management- Secure the supplies needed to launch projects.- Participate in project launch meetings with the Sales Department and Purchasing Department.- Identify "critical" items in relation to the estimate.- Manage the placing of orders for long lead items, including the creation of item codes and the provision of purchasing and logistical conditions.Order Prioritization and Tracking- Prioritize item orders according to date of placement and delivery deadlines.- Ensure OF/OP completeness by the due date.- Manage supplier orders linked to the customer portfolio, monitoring deliveries and taking any necessary corrective action.Supply Risk Management- Carry out a purchasing FMEA for recurring products.- Propose an action plan to secure supplies (safety stock, supplier logistics contract, safety lead time, specific supplier monitoring).Inventory management- Make available and optimize available stocks.- Process purchase orders administratively and ensure compliance with stock rotation and lead times.- Draw up a balance sheet of excess stock at the end of each order, and analyze possible transfers to other active stocks.Communication and coordination- Monitor the supply activity of the defined customer portfolio and ensure the necessary interface with the departments concerned.- Communicate the necessary information to the planning and/or purchasing coordination department to ensure the start of production.- Participate in customer portfolio performance reviews.Performance Management and Optimization- Update FMEAs on a quarterly basis.- Participate in achieving objectives and monitoring the OTD performance of the supplier portfolio.- Manage incoming disputes in conjunction with the warehouse and the supplier quality department.- Contribute to the optimization of existing tools and processes, and participate in continuous improvement projects in line with his/her skills.
