Hello! I'm Asma Izzati, working as admin assistant now. Before, I'm experience in graphic design, customer service, and telemarketing.Previously, I had the opportunity to work as a graphic designer at the Food Safety and Quality Division, Ministry of Health Malaysia, under the MyStep Programme. It was an incredibly fulfilling role where I created engaging infographics on food safety and managed the division's website. Being involved in designing for prominent events like MAHA and eMas was a great honor during my time as a contract employee.Starting my career as a graphic designer provided me with valuable experience, allowing me to expand my skills beyond what I had learned during my studies. While I excelled in enhancing my software skills, I realized the need to develop my communication abilities further.To address this, I embraced a new challenge and transitioned into a customer service role at Telekom Malaysia, specifically in the billing department. Initially, my aim was to focus on improving my communication skills, but I discovered a passion for effectively handling and engaging with people. It wasn't an easy journey, but I successfully achieved my monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and honed my interpersonal skills.Later on, I ventured into telemarketing, where I played a crucial role in updating IT personnel across three countries: Malaysia, Indonesia, and Singapore. I also organized webinars to inform them about our client's projects. I truly enjoyed this role, but unfortunately, the unforeseen challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic led to a job loss.As I summarize my previous experiences, I find myself in a phase of transition and eager to explore new opportunities. I have a strong passion for learning and welcome fresh challenges.
