360 is us is a company based in England specialising in 360 degree feedback systems.I was responsible for generating new business leads, designed questionnaires based on the competency model of organizations and fed back the feedback to participants through individual coaching sessions and helped them design action plans.

School of leadership is a training firm for youth, teachers and wider education stakeholders.Designed and executed two major residential conferences: a six day Young Leaders’ Conference –International 2005 with 300 participants and a three day women empowerment conference: Beyond Beauty with 150 participants. I also designed and facilitated a 36 hour training course: Train the Youth Trainer.
