• Provide full lifecycle recruiting to find, attract and hire talent as a competitive edge to drive business success while delivering a “best in class” recruiting experience!
• Consult and work closely with Hiring Managers, Directors, VP’s and HR Business Partners to provide full lifecycle recruiting to fill enterprise wide college internship roles including: Information Technology.
• Full lifecycle recruiting for Operations roles, which include: Business Analysts, Supervisors, Managers, Technical Specialists, Customer Service Representatives and Claims. (High volume recruiting for CSR & Claims.
• Actively influences and advises hiring managers by applying knowledge of the organization and the business unit strategy.
• Manage between 30-70+ requisitions per week, including candidates in workflow and pending starts.
• Partner with leadership on college recruiting workforce planning needs, specifically high volume IT intern hiring.

• Established and Spearheaded Enterprise Wide College Internship Program in areas including: Information Technology (Application Development, Security, Testing, etc), Business Development, Human Resources, Accounting.
• Developed and Designed Internship Program, by understanding organizational needs, receiving leadership buy-in, finding meaningful purpose and goal for our program, defining internship expectations and recruiting.
• Created content, designed and facilitated new employee orientation for interns and their hiring managers
• Created, scheduled and facilitated intern summer events which included: Intern Orientation, Executive Leadership Meetings, Volunteer Event, Excel Training Session, Case Study Competition, Final Presentations and End of.
• Developed relationships with various Colleges and Universities including, University of Minnesota, St. Thomas, St. Kate’s, Hamline, St. Cloud and Mankato.
• Worked closely with Recruiter Coordinator on obtaining job descriptions from hiring managers, posting job descriptions on school job boards, attending career fairs, conducting information sessions at Universities.
