• Execution of Incident and Service Request Management process• Assess all escalated Incident and Service Request, provide the direction needed to resolve Incident quickly and efficiently as possible.• Analyze the process performance and delivery metrics• Raise formal escalation to ensure correct level of management and focus is maintained to resolve incident• Raise technical escalation when Service Request or Incident is about to reach SLA limits or the response is not at the level of excellence expected.• Detection of possible problems and assignment of ticket to Problem Management team to raise problem records
