• Responsible for efficiently and effectively leading the product or teams on an assigned project.
• Review, track, communicate and approve product plans and status on regular basis. Communicate development status to management using dashboards, charts and reports as appropriate.
• Manage risks. Report status, prepare contingency and mitigation plans and execute corrective actions.
• Manage escalation paths appropriately. Escalate where necessary for communication of issues, requests for assistance and unexpected situations.
• Monitor progress of work products.
• Supports and ensures timely and effective negotiation of customer requirements, change requests including unwritten requirements.

India

• Develop change management strategy based on situational awareness and groups being impacted by the change.
• Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan.
• Educate users on new processes and technologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Help managers to guide their teams through system, process, people and organizational transitions.
• Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.

• Execution of Incident and Service Request Management process
• Assess all escalated Incident and Service Request, provide the direction needed to resolve Incident quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Analyze the process performance and delivery metrics
• Raise formal escalation to ensure correct level of management and focus is maintained to resolve incident
• Raise technical escalation when Service Request or Incident is about to reach SLA limits or the response is not at the level of excellence expected.
• Detection of possible problems and assignment of ticket to Problem Management team to raise problem records

• Formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for vendors to adhere.
• Validate vendor data is compliant to companies’ guidelines.
• Gathering requirements from client to build solution.
• Engage with Vendor partners to identify and resolve issues.
• Training and development of new hires.

• Provide administrative support to IT Department.
• Collect, input, verify and analyze data to measure key performance indicator.
• Work on ad-hoc projects as assigned.
• Participate and drive initiatives that Improve overall process.
