Working as HOD. Responsible for overall operation of Quarry and maintenance of Heavy equipment. To meet the demand of Raw material with specific chemical composition necessary to run the plant smoothly. Good communication and co ordination skill with all departments of organization.*Exploration of evaluation of mineral deposits*Mining design and planning, reserves and deposit life according to plant production, block model evaluation and plan rehabilitation.*Mining rights and ownership.*Mine optimization and cost reduction.*Ensure involvement in the implementation and maintenance of integrated management system in the plant.*Cost effective operation of overburden removal operation in the mine.*Implement HSE procedure for safe practice.*Responsible for people development and personnel training.*Excellent know how of heavy earth moving equipment selection, maintenance and operation in a cost effective manner.
