-Assists in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan of Buavita Core product and New Product by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth through Upper, middle and lower funnel-Lead activations project deployment and the integrated activity activity to ensure the consistency with Brand Vision plan-Monitor budget spend and investment in ATL and BTL

-Lead end to end tactical campaign and new Partnership campaign project to drive Order and GMV -Plan an effective marketing plan both internal and external push to boost awareness and to drive conversion-Review and analyze on going Digital Project Campaign Performance to find insight for new development initiatives

- Responsible for marketing performance report, including KPI and program performance (Ecommerce and Webstore)- Analyze ATL, BTL and Digital insight of Market Industry Competition to identify major trends- Lead the collection data in the field to understand consumer and develop more cost effective insight- Conducting retail sales program for salesman to boost sales- Engaging with wholesaler owner to establish good relationship

- Manage Clients campaign plan in digital communication channel- Handle Client campaign project in Chatbot and SMS OTP - Deal with client about project action plan- Ensure the project run according to the timeline
