I work closely with my team to develop standard templates for various contracts and will also generate, reply to and fax out contracts and counterparty contracts, as well as review counterparty “General Terms & Conditions” for replies for all standardized contracts. For non-standard contracts, I obtain a sign-off in line with the company configuration strategy and Delegation of Authority, etc. I assist contract owners in meeting critical deadlines and administer each contract on a day-to-day basis throughout its lifecycle. I also ensure the contract is retained in accordance with Motiva document retention policies and manage various call-up dates relevant to each individual contract. I am an active member of the Mid-Office organization tasked with driving a strong commercial culture and ensuring all risks are identified and addressed prior to execution of deals.
