Designing and drafting of high-end, custom, residential architecture with collaboration from project managers and principal architects. Main clientele is a Build on Your Own Lot process.- Work with salespeople and customers to create custom home drawings.- Develop elements of production drawings based on sketches or verbal input.- I.R.C. and I.E.C.C. standards and code verification- Section detail design- Lighting and ventilation analysis- Verified grading for foundation plans

Responsible for conducting comprehensive product design and development with the collaboration of the design, engineering, and sales teams. Coordinate product designs from concept through various stages of product development.- Design support to project teams, system designers, and project engineers in making effective design concept selections, specifying products and technology, producing detailed designs, technical reports, and analyses.- Support proposal development and strategic planning for products.- Produce 3D models and drawings to provide solutions in accordance with clients’ requirements.- Assist in the development of company design systems, standards and procedures.- Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure correct development procedures.- Work with engineering and assist in interpreting project requirements.- System integration with Supply Chain to ensure a unified product and item catalog for BOM creation.

Design support to project teams and engineers in making effective design concept selections, specifying products and technology, producing detailed designs and drawings.Job responsibilities include:- Design products from initial concept stage through to production.- Create shop level fabrication drawings in conjunction with engineering.- Assist in the development of company design systems, standards and procedures.- Contribute development ideas for new and existing products.- Support work for proposals and drafting estimates- Carry out site and offshore dimensional surveys and preparing “as-built” drawings- Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures- Work with engineering and assist in interpreting project requirements- Prepare assembly and detailed models- Prepare Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID’s)- Identify improvements in existing products, procedures and processes and develop cost effective solutions to satisfy customer specifications

Coordinate project buys with engineering and project managers across all company locations at the lowest cost consistent with considerations of quality and delivery. Contact vendors, request materials, and follow up to ensure delivery date and payments are made.Job responsibilities include:- Negotiate with vendors.- Draft and issue RFQs- Perform strategic analysis on suppliers and supplier proposal via cost analysis.- Make item/material substitution recommendations where savings in cost or improved delivery can be realized.- Track and, if need be, expedite orders to manage on-time delivery of suppliers.- Establish project plans to ensure that work is completed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with company strategies.- Create a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, peers, and senior management.- Maintain project records pertaining to meetings, open issues, questions and key decisions made in the course of project work.- Identify and implement integrated supply chain processes that deliver cost-effective solutions.- Identify and implement improvements to supply chain using research, supplier relationships, industry knowledge, and best practices (i.e., cost savings, new technologies and innovations, and efficient operating procedures)
