Later I would be selected above higher ranking and more experienced peers to lead a Special Forces ODA as its NCOIC during peacetime combat preparations.• Lead diverse teams to conduct Special Operations missions, information gathering, mission planning, policing operations during 3 combat tours, and 3 foreign internal defense training missions.• Liaised with other US Government agencies to ensure strategies were complimentary and resulted in mission success for Special Operations units.• Directed intelligence collection objectives for a five-man special operations team while maintaining and reporting expenditures of $1.5M of operational funds.• Advocated for the establishment and sustainment of a women center supporting hundreds of women and their families.• Consulted with foreign governments to improve security and governance practices.• Managed a Special Operations team of 10, accounting for priorities, training, advancement, preparation, and conditioning resulting in increased readiness and effectiveness to respond to any challenge.
