MOSS Hotel opened on June 2019, and I started with MOSS on 1st week of April same year (2 months ago) which allowed me to prepare the hotel for the opening. It has been a wonderful experience to be a part of the opening where I have worked from organising the cutleries in the rooms to looking after the budgeting and accounting of the hotel whilst reporting directly to the General Manager/owners. I am very proud of constructing a proper checklist for all our front office and housekeeping department which has been running smoothly until today's date. Providing proper training and guidance to new staff has always been my core strength. Offering excellent service to the guests while overseeing different aspects of the hotel and maintaining a positive and work environment is another key factor for success.
