Our research areas cover the field of bio-energy. We focus mainly on using renewable fuels and biogas as sources for production, extraction and purification of biomass materials. Currently we are working with a number of private companies to produce energy from waste which can be used for agriculture, environment protection or other purposes. We have been actively involved in design and development of more than 15 international funded projects related to microgrids that includes project proposal preparation, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. The projects range from small scale developments through large infrastructure expansions and new construction at national and international levels
