Responsible for creating, reviewing and completing work orders utilizing IBM MAXIMO Asset Management and Lotus Notes Client. Creating PM, CM, LOTD, CO WO work packets. Operating and maintaining a work order service desk and work order tracking system typically utilized for facility operation and maintenance programs. Performs increasingly complex maintenance and technical work assisting in operating and maintaining a service work order system to track and assign work orders for repairing building systems, electrical systems, small machines, equipment, and grounds common to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contract facility sites and structures. Determine if correct and complete information has been conveyed. Ensure that Work Orders are completed in timely manner and according to the DTG, SOP and Job Plan. Overseeing all document management operations including but not limited to, scanning documents using smart scanning system, compiling and uploading scanned documents, filing and archiving hard copies.

Responsible for all aspects of operations of the aquatic facility, with specific focus being on water related activities. Plan, develop and maintain the aquatic facility and aquatic programs, schedule recurring activities, special events and other undertakings to maximize use of the aquatic facility and resources consistent with the military mission. Recognize where and when new construction is needed to maintain safety and service standards. Coordinate emergency action plan and continued staff training consistent with American Red Cross standards. Devise, improvise, and adapt various activities to fit the conditions of the aquatic environment and to conform to limitations of facilities, equipment and staff support. Manage the scheduling of pool staff, service files on training, safety, and inventory of all equipment within the aquatic facility.
